Q: Can I swim in the swan river?
A: Yes, but be careful of boat traffic.

Q: Can I drink Perth tap water?
A: Yes, except on Rottnest Island.

Q: What time do the shops close in the city?
A: Monday to Thursday and Saturday to Sunday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 9pm.

Q: How much is a taxi fare from the international airport to Perth city? 
A: Around $30

Q: How much is a taxi fare from the domestic airport to Perth city? 
A: Around $25

Q: If there a shuttle bus?
A: Yes, it meets every flight, $13 from domestic airport or $15 from international airport to your accommodation in Perth.

Q: How much do I get paid?
A: It depends on your skills and experience, but anywhere between $15 and $25 per hour. You will have to pay tax if you work in WA. Tax information

Q: How hot is Western Australia?
A: Western Australia has four seasons. In summer Perth and Australia's South West the temperatures range from around 25C to 35C and to the north around 30C to 45C. In winter Perth and Australia's South West the temperatures range from around 10C to 20C and to the north around 20C to 30C.

Q: When is the Whale Shark and Whale Season?
A: Whalesharks are in Exmouth between March and June.  The whale season is between June and November.

Q: When is the best time to go to Broome?
A: May to September

Q: How much time will I need to see Western Australia?
A: To see all of Western Australia you will need at least one month.
